QUALIFICATIONS
Stundets can currently study for two (2) accredited and registered nursing qualifications at UKWAZI SCHOOL OF NURSING:
- the HIGHER CERTIFICATE in NURSING (SAQA ID 98915)(NQF Level 5) - a 1 year qualification leading to registration as an auxiliary nurse with the SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING COUNCIL ; and
- the DIPLOMA IN NURSING (SAQA ID 97938)(NQF Level 6) - a 3 year qualification leading to registration as a general nurse.
PLEASE NOTE: all students must write the admission to practice ("board") examinations set by the SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING COUNCIL after having obtained their qualifications at the School
UKWAZI SCHOOL OF NURSING commenced with these qualifications 2020.
